Punjabi aloo sabzi



Ingredients

 4 servings
  1. 4 medium boiled potatoes (roughly chop)
  2. 2 tomato (roughly chop)
  3. 3 onion roughly chop
  4. 12 garlic cloves
  5. 1 inch Peice of ginger
  6. 1 tsp jeera
  7. 2 tbsp oil
  8. 1 tbsp red chillies powder
  9. 1 tbsp garam masala
  10. 4 clove
  11. 1 stick cinnamon
  12. 2 tbsp cream
  13. As needed Coriander leaves for garnish
  14. As needed Carrot for garnish
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. Steps

    1. 1.Heat a khadhai add oil one tbsp,jeera,garlic,ginger,clove, cinnamon mix it well then add onion cook till becomes pink

    2. 2.Then add tomatoes mix it well and cook it till it becomes soft then let it cool then blend it and make smooth paste

    3. 3.Then heat the pan add oil puree and cook it for 2 min then add all masala,salt and mix it well

    4. 4.Then add boiled potatoes mix it well and cook it for 4 min add water if needed,then add coriander leaves and fresh cream mix it well it's ready to serve
