Beetroot Rayta
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup curd
- 1 beetroot medium sized (grated)
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- to taste common salt
- few mint and coriander leaves chopped
Steps
1.First take curd in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
2.Peel and grate beetroot finely and add to the curd bowl, mix well.
3.Now add cumin powder, black pepper powder, black salt and salt to the taste and mix.add fresh chopped coriander and mint leaves and mix again.
4.Tasty and healthy beetroot rayta is ready to be serve.(you can also add temper if u wish with peanut, mustard seeds etc.)
